- Settings menu for some fine tuning.
- Default auto temperature for new Policies.
- Basic stat priorities for new Policies.

Fix: "Create a duplicate" button doesn't copy stat priorities.

Proper solution for Achtung mod (no more error reporting on game load even if Achtung has been removed in between). Many thanks to pardeike.

Fix: wrong error reporting on startup if some DLCs are not loaded.

New:
- Display the score of currently worn apparel (in Gear tab while the toggle overlay is enabled).
- Pawns will drop no longer necessary apparel (if score is zero or below).

Fixes / Adjustments:
- Weather conditions (cold snap, heat wave) affect the insulation score.
- Correct calculation for score of worn apparel. Previously pawns always prioritized already worn apparel by incorrect offset.
- Insulation score of already worn apparel is now performed on basis "what if this apparel would not have been worn".
- Increase the cap of the Score for insulation.
- Correct calculation for bonus score related to naked debuff (pants, shirts). Also correct calculation for Apparels, which covers both - legs and torso (e.g. Vanilla Apparel Expanded - Military uniform).

Tmp fix: compat with Achtung mod - suppress saving WorkType "Rescuing" to the savegame.

This time Release build: Potential fix for null-reference for Stats without modContentPack and Stat.category.

Mistaken upload of dev build

Additional score for:
- Pants (or any skin-layer apparel, which covers legs) if Pawn is care about being naked and don't have pants.
- Shirt (or any skin-layer apparel, which covers torso) if Pawn is female, care about being naked and don't have shirt.

Ideology compatibility (Pawns can ignore torso or even demand to be without shirts) will come later... Workaround - forbid torso items in filter.
