- Added a new feature: "mischievous_gnome_mode". This controls which mode is used.
0= Default. Each mischievous gnome will automatically scan their surroundings for any survivors nearby before starting to scream.
1= Car Alarm Mode. The gnome won't scan & will act like car alarm that only screams when shot. Easier mode, because you can pass it, but touching this gnome will trigger alarm.
