Fixed an awkward bug with Diamond Secondary

All debuffs are now palette dependant, and thus will stack with other players playing the same class. Most of the standard debuffs, such as Poison and Spark, currently only have four palettes dependant on your player slot instead, and this is a workaround until palette dependancy is properly implemented for the code utilized for these debuffs.

Secondary has mostly been reworked, and overall no longer has a range or can miss, it now directly hits your targeted enemy, and the GCD for most variants is now 1.6s with most cooldowns removed.

Ruby Primary's damage has been lowered from 650 to 520, and the cooldown has been removed.

Ruby Secondary's damage has been lowered from 750 to 590, and Tinder now lasts for 6 seconds from 4 seconds, and the cooldown has been increased to 8 seconds from 6 seconds.

Garnet Secondary's damage has been lowered from 145 to 45, and now hits three times.

Sapphire Primary's GCD has been lowered from 1.6 seconds to 0.8 seconds.

Sapphire Secondary now has a large AoE, damage increased from 65 to 180, and GCD lowered from 2 seconds to 1 second, but now has a cooldown of 4 seconds.

Sapphire Defensive no longer grants Vanish, but instead grants its buff for 18 seconds from 10 seconds, grants invulnerability from 1 second to 2.5 seconds, a movement speed buff for 2.5 seconds, and cooldown increased from 15 seconds to 22 seconds.

Opal Secondary's damage has been increased from 30 to 65, and now has a 60% chance to deal another instance of 65 damage, and a 30% chance of applying a new debuff called Floral Snare, which deals 10 damage per second over 10 seconds, and when it wears off, will charge your Primary.

Emerald Secondary's cooldown has been lowered from 16 seconds to 12 seconds and the GCD has been lowered from 1.4 seconds to 0.8 seconds.

Diamond Secondary no longer makes you unlucky, its damage has been lowered from 90 to 65, cooldown has been removed, and GCD has been increased from 1 second to 1.6 seconds, and the damage now increases by 10% per debuff on the enemy.

Ruby Secondary's cooldown is down to 6 seconds from 15 seconds, and Tinder's duration is now down to 4 seconds from 15 seconds.

Tinder's effect has been changed and it now deals 750 damage to all enemies when it wears off. This damage is counted as Secondary damage and will apply your Special's designated debuff.

Ruby Special now causes your Secondary to apply Burn from applying Burn on a large hit.

Ruby Defensive's cooldown is down to 18 seconds from 20 seconds and Elegy's duration is up to 10 seconds from 5 seconds.

Garnet Defensive's cooldown is up to 10 seconds from 9 seconds and Arousing Scent's duration is up to 5 seconds from 4 seconds.

Emerald Defensive's Debuff multiplier is down to 60% from 75%.

Special descriptions now go into detail on what the debuff it makes the Secondary inflict does.

Base Primary's bonus damage per debuff is up to 30 from 20.

Ruby Primary's cooldown is down to 4 seconds from 12.

Garnet Primary's damage is up to 65 from 35.

Sapphire Primary no longer Supercharges your Special but now resets the cooldown of your Secondary.

Opal Primary's damage is up to 75 from 20.

Emerald Primary's damage is up to 135 from 115.

Garnet Secondary's damage is up to 145 from 100, GCD down to 1 from 1.2, and cooldown down to 7 seconds from 14 seconds.

Sapphire Secondary's GCD is down to 2 from 2.6.

Opal Secondary's range slightly increased and damage is up to 30 from 20.

Emerald Secondary's cooldown is down to 16 seconds from 26 seconds.

Diamond Secondary's cooldown is down to 2 seconds from 3 seconds.

All Specials have had their range drastically increased.

Garnet Special's damage is up to 530 from 380.

Sapphire Special's damage is up to 520 from 400, Choking Scent now deals 300 damage on Spark application and wearing off, and cooldown is down from 20 seconds to 18 seconds.

Opal Special's damage is up to 320 from 90, and cooldown is down from 12 seconds to 5 seconds.

Emerald Special's damage is up to 340 from 250, Depressing Scent's duration is up to 9 seconds from 8 seconds, and cooldown is down to 12 seconds from 26 seconds.

Diamond Special's damage is down to 100 from 200, the hit count is up to 5 from 1, and the cooldown is down to 18 seconds from 28 seconds.

Ruby Secondary and Special are still in need of adjustment and Tinder is still broken, and most Defensive upgrades need rebalancing, but those will come in a future patch. Thank you for having fun with this mod and I hope these changes make Florist feel better to play!
