Minifix: Adds missing province connection between 134 and 143.
(there is a bridge there so it makes sense they should be)

Provinces 8, 103, 211, 244+257 (Paired Link), and 322 are inaccessible in regular play and I'm not sure why. Might be related to the Battle Arena mod the map was made to pair with? Unclear.
I'm thinking about changing their connections to open them up in standard conquest, but I don't want to break anything if the arena mod gets updated later.

THE MOON at the top of the map is at least confirmed to be intentionally separated so I'll leave that one be.

Basic conversion pass. Fixed Start Sites, Throne Sites, Mountains, etc.
