Update: Removed the pistol model in first and third person.

Added a book instead of the pistol for third person ONLY (still working on putting the book in first person).

Fixed collision bug: message repeats multiple times with multiple rapid collisions

Added new and custom lines for when a player is killed by this weapon

New lines were added for when an NPC dies.

I made a mistake in Lua that made it not work, it should work now and the kill text should be translated into English.
