hotfix

~ Fixed the leftmost platform being uneven in length.

~ Ground level 432 -> 464. This had been bothering me so much but I didn't realize till just now that this was higher than any basecast stage.
~ Top and bottom blastzones adjusted to be the same as before in accordance to the above change.
~ Respawn platform position moved to be slightly above the umbrellas instead of below them.
~ Fixed a bug where the hands on the clock tower in the background would move in strange positions whenever a match ended.

~ hyuponia & spadster are now properly credited in the stage data.
~ Thumbnail now shows blastzone data for Vortex Gallery. Thank you Reiga and JPEG for the template!

~ Alexis & Misty now have a lighter overlay over them and a different outline color to make them more readable as a background element.

~ Top Blastzone 100 -> 164.
~ Bottom Blastzone 160 -> 178.

This should have it more accurately reflect blastzone values present on Tower of Heaven, which was the intent.
