Added DrawToHud Local keyword - next draw command will consider provided coordinates to be in the local space of the vehicle.
nO cAPS has been reworked, it's more reliable now.
Import/export of breadcrumbs into clipboard has been reworked - in need of testing on non-Windows OS.
Added shortcut 'T' - will open last closed breadboard.
