- Added Chase Themes to both Normal and Maskless Variants.
You can disable these in the options menu.

"Chase Theme" Default = True

Fixed the Help text for the COMMAND version of the Climbing option (That is, if you edit NPC options within the console, which... why? If it has options in the spawnmenu, then why?)
