To Access Skyboxes, enable "Debug Mode" in the Advanced Tab of Options; either Mid-Save or Main Menu.

After loading your Game, press [RIGHT SIDE 'ALT' + D] to open the Debug Menu.

Go to the Environments Tab, and use the Dropdown Box to select one of the Starlit Skies Themes. You can then change rotation to change constellation / Moon Position.
