Removed "(Continued)" from mod name in About.xml to restore compatibility with patches from other mods. My bad.

- Improved RimFridge compatibility. RimFridge's "ugly stack appearance" setting will now be automatically enabled if Deep Storage's "older stacking graphic" option is enabled to avoid conflicts.
