New Features:

- Added Setting to overhaul movespeed offsets from armor
- Added Setting to overhaul slave suppression offset

Both currently only affect basegame + DLC armors. Patches for modded armor will come later today or tomorrow.

Changes:

- Added indication for tweaks in the mod-settings

Not fully decided on the exact wording yet. Teaks will have a 'type' associated with them, explaining how they will roughly affect the game. Currently features the following types:

- Global: Changes that affect more than just power armor on a global level
- Tweaks: Generic changes of systems of values
- Buff/Nerf: Changes that have an universal positive or negative effect
- Overhaul: (Balance) changes that can go both ways and usually incorporate all supported mod-items to be brought in line

- Fix: Entangled the rest of wrongfully nested VAE patches. (Dunno what I was thinking)
- Fix: Added one missing patch for the VAE prestige siegebreaker helmet.
