changed custom emit interval to be a multiplier, so it multiplies the default ONI range of 10f-40f by a multiplier. Change it to a fraction to make emissions more often or raise by a large number to make emissions rarer.

allow selectable gas: methane(default), O2, steam, PO2, CO2, hydrogen.
