quality of life:
- Ultra can no longer cancel while C is performing an action (like punching, dashing, charging a projectile). This can cause him to take more than 30 damage
- "Prevent DI" bool enabled for multi hit of up strong
- "Prevent DI" bool enabled for first hit of forward air

Ultra buffs:
- Max movement speed and acceration speed increased
- Acceleration speed of fireball charge reduced significantly
- Max movement speed while charging fireball reduced, removed completely for horizontal speed
- The endlag of his dash can now be cancelled into any other action.

Significant buffs to the new ultra projectile:
+Startup reduced 1f
+C now moves progressively slower when charging the projectile (instead of a constant value for the entire thing). Max +movement cut reduced.
+All projectiles have had their propulsion and max speed increased, the projectiles now start out slow but get much faster
+Multi hit for passive hitbox of all sun charges how triggers more often
+Final stage multi hit damage increased to 3
+Mid stage multi hit damage increased to 2
+Time it takes to throw all projectiles decreased

Other buffs to C’s Ultra
+Dash duration reduced 2f, endlag reduced 1f

-Now moves slightly slower
-Punch now has a cooldown
-C now moves slower when he punches
-Ult freeze time reduced significantly
+Ult lasts slightly longer
+C can now throw the sun at you
