small description fix

UPDATE

- added a visual clue when a product in fabricator needs manual inspecion
- reduced the chance for overclocked weapons to generate naturally (from 8% to 2%)
- removed grenades in the overclock recipe
- updated mod description
- fixed red errors (with for example installed EOPE) about adding multiple defs with same names
- other minor changes

- I hope the update fixes solar flares with the interceptor. Let me know!
- The common sense bug is still being worked on. I made sure to leave information about it directly in the fabricator building
