Added versioning and update popups that show only once on a new release/update.

-Lighting Calculations have been completely reworked from old dynamic blending based on realistic color sets to new dynamic calculations based on Kelvin black body temperature with realistic modifications to simulate atmospheric attenuation.
-Shadows should look less "fake black", instead blending with their surroundings and and fading in and out instead of just "popping" into existence.
-Phasing added to prevent jarring transitions when the sun or moon rises/sets (Rimworld models sun and moon as point sources instead of realistic discs).
-Plants are no longer affected by any light sources except for the sun and sunlamps (no more using campfires to grow crops).
-The code has been cleaned up everywhere to make it easier to maintain and add to.

-Fixed polar day being polar night and vice-versa.
