Polished up gasbag's corpse 2 skin a bit. (This was to release with a much bigger update, but hey, I'll throw y'all a bone.)

Changed the mines gaper's vee resprite to actually be from the mod.
Corpse para-bite now actually displays its compatibility sprites.
Added vee's resprites support for para-bite and tube worm.
Added compatibility for multiple waiting enemies from Fiend Folio.
Fixed an oversight where gapers would turn into their mines variants in the mausoleum and corpse in greed mode.

Modded rooms are now accessable automatically to people who have REPENTOGON nightlies, instead of having to manually uncomment them.
