-added a convar to disable hud hiding in thirdperson (added due to certain places in maps triggering the hide condition) "wdhud_thirdperson_hide" "0/1"

-added a convar "wdhud_da_enabled" - toggles droneamp and the controls
-added another check for droneamp controls, now the controls won't work if the cursor is visible at any time.

-Fixed wrong hud angles when in vehicles. Unfortunately the hud won't be able to move (for example when you flinch) but it will still work normally when you're not inside a vehicle.
