- Added an experimental ai improvement game rule, should see better ai from this
- Added tech debuff game rule for those who want slower tech
- Incorporated the all colonies everywhere mod with permission from the mod owner
- Added an aggressive ai strategy that should hopefully make ai more aggressive
- Removed unrealistic technology for the time period
Any other minor changes will be on the github changelist

-Hotfix to the economic boost at the start, game rule was sort of bugged.
