- Made overseers in TC2 and PTC the proper color for all slugcats
- Gave The City a genuine background
- Fixed an issue where one of the shelters did not properly override echo properties
- Hid certain connections properly
- Fixed up some palette stuff and added a few objects
- Gave The Climb some fog
