Fixed some bugs

There's still a bug where you can't pick up weapons at spawn points.
However, if you crouch and drop the weapon, you can pick it up.
The cause remains a mystery.

Changed the location where func_wall_toggle was used to something else.
Fixed the collision detection for the push item gun model .
(this has only been confirmed in the local environment.
It has not been confirmed in the server environment with csfixs installed).

func_wall_toggleが使えなくなったので別のもので代用
プッシュガンの銃モデルの当たり判定が発生していたのを修正
(ローカル環境でのみ確認済み。csfixsを導入したサーバー環境でのチェックはしていません。)

Adjusted lighting for a gamma value of 100.
Adjusted the position of the cubemap at the spawn point and fixed an issue where some parts would disappear.
Changed the water texture.
Changed so that ppc is applied when entering the water.
Changed the entity used for BGM from ambient_generic to point_soundevent.
Slightly changed the position of the gun model for items.

ガンマ値100環境でのライティングに調整。
スポーン地点のcubemapの位置を調整し、一部消えたりする現象を直した。
水のテクスチャを変更。
水に入った際にppcが適用されるように変更。
BGMに使用していたentityをambient_genericからpoint_soundeventに変更。
アイテムの銃モデルの位置を少し変更。
