Common Items can now be disabled in the RNG Settings. Calcualte all the other slots to equal 100 to make common Zero and say good bye to it for good.

Revamp of the RNG system. the new system now calculates everything on a decemal point. The math now works on a multiplier. Junk can not be disabled due to it also being equivalant to base game. If you want its stats to come out as base game just put the min and max at 1. The system can no longer go above 100% in total. It will auto calculate the junk value when you enter in the parameters to the others. A true balancing should be achievable.
