Fixed another oversight:

- Plastic Scrap doesn't melt away into nonexistence anymore.
("Can melt" property was activated... Well and it is dedicated to let snow disappear. (That was unexpexted like spanish inquisition)

- Recipes at kiln did not need charcoal. But we dont wanna cheat here ;)
