Added VForce load varying on demand live PTO. Load will be put on the engine when hydraulic parts are utilized on the wrecker body.

Disabled Idle Reduction Technology (IRT) in engine ECM by default allowing for extended idle periods commonly needed in a towing & recovery use case.
