Wired up the fabricator and decon in the Engineering area so they actually have power

Made some small changes to the layering on the gas tanks to hopefully fix some things I think I broke. Added logbooks to the cabinet underneath the command room's console as a way of onboarding people onto the campaign. Changed the ID card requirements on both secured cabinets in the weapons' room and command room.

Removed one of the secured lockers underneath the Command Room console. Added the "Accident Button" by steam user Herbal. Added a light that has no power. Moved some furniture around. Moved the Firefighter's Cabinet to the O2 room. Relinked the consoles in the Command Room. Messed around with the O2 icons, added missing ones. Fixed layering of gas tanks going in front of outpost backgrounds but not their walls. Gave TLC to Spooky so that she could take a nice break from all the hard work she did :3. Made the ship explode.
