- modified the SAR 80 and Ultimax reload animations in an attempt to resolve uniform clipping

- fixed up the MGV-176 equip animation to make it a bit smoother

- dramatically sped up the MGV 176's animations

- replaced the distant fire sounds on the M70B1 and M70AB2 temporarily, until I find a better one

- some minor fixes on the M72 reload animation
