Removed the whole pistols and katanas only gimmick and reworked the script to fix some errors and how survivors are updated. Only bugs I cannot fix are getting stuck when in idle mode, intro cinematic breaking when the campaign restarts on chapter 1, and only one other survivor showing on the HUD due to the way L4D2 handles survivors.
