- Fix actions assigned to keys not getting removed on sound emitter key update.

- Change in-game tool name: Sound Emitter -> Sound Emitter (+)
- Add working tool presets
- Add help that didn't show up in the original addon's menu.
- Switched a few (not all) menu functions with non-deprecated ones
- Fix things in general
