Fixed missing "Researchers" from the the Recruiting tab dropdown

Updates:

- Added "Recruiters" tab to make multiple recruiters recruit the same thing
- Added an option that automatically discards unwanted candidates, to trim GetRootScope().settings.candidates for performance.
- Added an option to automatically hire candidates
- Added an option to mute the sound it makes when you hire through the sidebar or automatically

Quickly added a settings button to change the hardcoded superstar and maxSpeed values to make it easier to change.
