Added Configuration Support under MelonPreferences.cfg [ChildLaborConfig]
You have to load once the mod to get this category on.

Default Mod Values:

[ChildLaborConfig]
AgeCutoffChild = 7
AgeCutoffAdolescent = 15
SchoolMinAge = 5
SchoolMaxAge = 50
