Added the Prototype AR3 (Left Mouse for burst, Right for single fire)

Fixed the Admin Revolver (lefthand) not having any ammunition.

The Propsanity update has came, and with it came more weapons!
The Prop Launcher and Non-Admin prop launcher have released!

Added the SPAS-12 and it's right hand variant!
Also added killicons and spawnmenu icons!
After a few hours, it was hopefully worth the wait!
