1.0.6 - Temporarily removed the Natural Refiners, Natural Translucers, Natural Chemists and Inept species traits since their modifiers were inert. They will be re-added once I find viable modifiers for them. Also replaced some of the Unbound modifiers to fix up some errors. (4.0 has been such a damn headache of an update)

1.0.4 - Fixed wrong amenity bonus value of the Ancestral trait and adjusted amenity penalty value of the Inattentive trait (reduced it to 0.75 from 1 on planets and 0.3 from 0.5 on sectors).
