v1.2.0 - NHE Maps Update

Added 10 new maps:

Added more custom weapon starts:
-Rocket Launcher = Battle Rifle
-Shotgun = Machete
-Sniper Rifle = Bolt Action Sniper

Map Changes:
-Snipers on Ancient Sanctuary now respawn every 2 minutes
-Camo on Ancient Sanctuary now respawns every 1 minute
-Fixed floating spawn points on Ancient Sanctuary
-Added one-way portals on Ascetic from inside the bases to on top
-Added CTF and non-CTF exclusive spawn points to Ascetic
-Added a Concussion Gun in each base on Ascetic
-Extended a kill barrier on Birdcage to prevent players getting stuck in a pit
-Fixed floating spawn points on Birdcage
-Bolt Action Sniper on Cold Shoulder now respawns every 30 seconds
-Removed spawn points in the top middle on Cold Shoulder
-Changed Hill locations on Infint
-Changed some spawn points on Magnitude to be more forgiving
-Removed a crackling sound effect that could be heard near the waterfall on Spillway
-Improved ambience across several maps
-Changed many weapon placements for balance and to avoid redundancies
-Updated map thumbnails and loading screens to reflect changes

Weapon Changes:
-Improved hit registration for several weapons, including the AR and Shotgun
-Increased the speed of Energy Sword ready animation
-Removed bullet spread entirely from Battle Rifle
-Revolver will now fire continuously when holding down the trigger
-Slightly increased Revolver fire rate
-Increased Revolver damage to vehicles
-Sentinel Beam contrail is now less visually distracting

Other Additions / Changes:
-Added the Kestrel, a new flying vehicle, which can be found on Hemoasis
-Improved quality of spartan player models, which can now be seen easier in the dark
-Improved quality of first person hands
-More vehicles are able to spawn on each BTB map
-Reduced the force of the Speargun on players and vehicles
-Reduced the distance that the Gravity Rifle charge can be heard from
-Reduced the distance that the power up sound effects can be heard from
-Reduced lens flare effect on power ups
-Many other very minor improvements

Gravity Rifle has been completely reworked:
- Spawn locations of Gravity rifle and some other weapons have been changed
- Deals much more damage per bolt and has some splash damage
- Uses more battery per shot
- Longer charge up time
- Reduced projectile speed
- Reduced camo regrowth rate
- Added visual effects

-Added a new map: Infint
-Removed a spawn point on Majestic near Energy Sword
-Removed a spawn point on Warren near Gravity Wrench for non-CTF game modes
-A Griever has been added to Majestic near Energy Sword
-Improved hit registration for a few weapons
-Changed Ruins of Alph loading screen

More options for spawning with custom weapons have been added:
-Assault Rifle = SMG
-Plasma Pistol = Space Luger
-Plasma Rifle = Energy Sword
-Needler = Concussion Gun

Gravity Rifle Changes:
-Deals more damage per shot
-Faster charge-up when firing
-Slightly improved camo regrowth rate

Flak Cannon Changes:
-Deals more damage per shot
-Blast moves objects around slightly further
-Blue flame on the ground lasts longer
-Slightly reduced ammo capacity
-De-camos the wielder slightly less when firing

Ruins of Alph Changes:
-Moved the Energy Sword to Blue Beetle, near Camo
-Moved the Concussion Gun to where the Sword was
-Replaced the Orange Shotgun with an Excavator

Other Changes:
-Removed SAM Launcher from Fiesta
-Patched an invisible hole in the ground on Magnitude
-Raised up a couple of spawn points on Magnitude that were halfway in the ground
-Reduced camo regrowth rate of Concussion Gun
-Improved camo regrowth rate of Grenade Launcher AR
-Fixed an issue where some Fiesta variants of weapons were different from map pick-ups
