completely rewrote the script to handle most of the code in the eachframe event which streamlined the effect completely
added slight effect to close quarters when ADS

small fix for divide by zero when eye is inside vegatation

added dynamic blur based on the distance to the nearest surface from the center of screen when not in various vision modes, ADS, or reloading

added reload blur to close range simulating focus on your workspace
removed blur for weapon zoom (this didn't pan out well), now scopes and zoom should be crisp

added slight blur when ADS depending on initial zoom of current scope
fixed errors that occur in certain situations
