Added ammo displays above the weapon periscopes for the chainguns. They change color of displayed text depending on ammo remaining for each gun, from green (65%+) to yellow (35-65%) to orange (10-35%) to red (displays "Reload" in red at 10% or less, the level where an ammo box can be recycled to fill it with more ammo).

Fixed an issue with the shuttle where the engine, while visible, was impossible to interact with without flooding the compartment. This forced a visibly larger engine and slightly smaller storage lockers, but was necessary for the engine to be repairable.

Added some additional crates to the crafting inventory of the fabricators and deconstructor for convenience (you can craft from items stored in crates in their inventories), and a crate shelf just outside the room with empty crates for additional storage.

Added some initial railgun ammo, one rack canister shells and one rack regular railgun shells with frag grenades inside.

Added a switch to the airlock between the two ballast tanks to cut off power to the ballasts. This is useful if a ballast flora infection occurs.

Fixed shuttle clipping into hull slightly when docked, adjusted reactor to not be as overtuned. Added engine control to circuitry that makes it more responsive to deceleration.
