Removed some descriptions on stocks, as tbh I am too lazy to make a seperate attachment id when both do the same thing and I dont want the xm8 to have the fals description

Base weapon changes
- Reduced the controllability from 112% to 90%, idk how tf I didn't see that
- Reduced Accuracy from 0.95 to 1.05
- Increased shot deviation from 0.35 to 0.425

Attachments
- Remade 2x scope sight sprite
- Made new 4x scope sight sprite
- Remade classic handguard sprite
-Reduced cost of heavy spring 2 (350 -> 250) but also increased the negative stats slightly (6% spread, -30% controllability, 10% slower focus speed)
- Slightly increased cost of light spring 2 (250 -> 300)
- Added a match barrel attachment, works like all other match barrels

- Made the suppressed and subsonic suppressed firing sound slouder (they were quiter then HK417's for some reason)
- Added a 4x scope option
- Made the Light Recoil 2 stat buffs a bit more meaningful
- Made the red dot sight stats be the same as pistol reflex sights
- Made the holo sight have the same stats as the customization+ mods holo sight

Fixed the world drum mag sprite being a regular mags sprite

Fixed the suppressed sounds not working and being replaced by the main sound

fixed the weapon being labeled as suppressed by default
