TFA Base, Problem Resolution.

Archievement Update,

I've been working on this update for a few months, testing and bug fixes. Now your TFA base will only draw attachments that are "active = true." Before, it would load all attachments even if they were invisible. More optimization on weapons with many attachments, measured with Perfo+.

On a mine weapon with like 200 attachments, (aproximatelly)
Before: 300ms.
After: 50ms.
(So less lag)

Simple Words:
- Optimized mods.lua , (draw only what is truely active).

Next Update Remembering:
- Added muzzleflash atts from Grovez's, because uses the same particle lua system. This will work with my modpack

- Optimized custom "Silenced Muzzleflash" , this because was a bit laggy at critical moments, (fps shooting).
general optimization and disabled from 3rd person view, (gaining a lot of fps, also provisional).
