buffed skeleton chest/stomach/limbs hp to 175 since they were losing to shek (13:22 ratio from my test); skeletons now go fairly even with shek (14:11 ratio now from my test)

Shek Heal Rate 0.8x -> 0.9x
Shek Hunger Rate 1.25x -> 1.15x
Shek Armor/Weapon Smithing XP 1.0x -> 1.2x
Hive Soldier Drone Heal Rate 1.2x -> 1.25x
Skeleton Head HP 175 -> 200
Skeleton Chest/Stomach/Limbs HP 175 -> 150
Skeleton Bleed Rate 0.5x -> 0.25x
Skeleton Heal Rate 1.25x -> 1.5x

Make Humans slightly more appealing. Make Shek slightly less annoying to play, especially since most other races are closer in combat efficacy now. Give Shek additional use with smithing role. Accentuate Hive Soldier's unique heal rate strength. Make Skeletons less combat effective but accentuate unique strength of being hard to kill. Skeleton Head rebuffed to original value to compensate for lack of Headgear.

*Hive Soldier Drone HPs nerfed to original values, so that they aren't an obvious pick over Humans. Soldier Heal Rate buffed to 1.2x.
*Hive Prince/Worker Limb HP buffed to 95.
*Skeleton Heal Rate further nerfed to 1.25x.
