Shield sound effects mixed better.
New Distance hull impact sounds.

For some reason, the base mod had 6 ion cannon close/distance sounds, and only used one of them. So I fixed that.
Star Wars Beam Weapon sounds coming to Vanilla Lasers.
Shield impacts now have cooler sounding distant sounds.

Green lasers now draw from a separate sound pool so they sound more like TIE fighter cannons.
PD Turbolasers are now distinguishable in combat by sound.
PD Lasers now have correct distance sounds so you don't hear the crisp x-wing laser from across the system.
Flak and PD Turbolasers have unique impact sounds.
Ion Cannons in the small component slot now draw from their own pool of sounds.
