A major version of UTCM is here, featuring the cold, heartless menace of THE MECHANIST! Robots with cold logic and even colder armor plating advance on the Wasteland with the full integration of Robots Reworked into UTCM's code (no new mod required, as it's been abandoned).

Fixed even MORE loc issues, including the Brotherhood of Mars PA mis-loc due to the OWB team using Power ARMOR and Power ARMOUR interchangeably at random
