ARMATAK v1.0.0

This first release allows:
* Creation of a TCP Socket between Arma 3 and a ATAK CoT Router
* Creation of a Web Socket between Arma 3 and SIMTAK, a Android Mocking Location App to use the in game position in your phone.
* Creation of RTSP Video Feeds for ATAK.
