Vani Taunt Patch + Side B Landing Lag nerf (its faster for Vani now)

Side-B and Down-B Patch allow Vani to flip directions with extra bullets depending on your needs. Reduced landing lag of Up-B.

Up-B patch! Up-B shrinks over time now and sequential Up-Bs are not as large as the very first one. Reload time has been extended by 5 frames. Side-B has been buffed slightly and lowered slightly in height to hit more frequently. (5 height -> 6.5 height, but lowered 40 sprite units down.)
