- Added a convar for minimum rapelling distance "wblrappel_mindistance", height should be equal to this or higher for combines to attempt to rappel.

- Changed default max rapelling distance to be 1500 units instead of 4000, will less likely rappel out of the world

- Added a convar for max rapelling distance "wblrappel_maxdistance" if you're not satisfied with the default
