Added Greek, Sami, Bavarian and Swabian names.

I've been wondering how I should proceed with adding names to the Central German cultures, Frisian & Dutch names aren't an issue but I'm wandering if I should give German names I find to the rest of them (except for dynasty names).

I want your thoughts on how I should proceed with German names in the comments!

Was able to fix the issue, some Italian dynasty names I had added were the cause, I've removed the ones causing it to crash but I'll have to give them a closer look later so I can get a better understanding

For now this version will be in use as there seems to be crash reports occurring instantly, for now I recommend you all use this version until I have sorted out the issue

Put all added names for both Characters & dynasties from the English localisation file into the other localisations such as French, German, Polish and Spanish

Added Polish names while managing to get more Italian dynasty names added.

Added Dutch & Franconian as well as adding other languages to the localisation so names & dynasties don't appear as placeholders, half way done adding more of the dynasty names to Italian.

Added names to the Saxons as well as finishing the Italian male & female names only leaving the dynasty names left to do.

Added names to the French, Castilian & Catalan while I continue to work on Italian.
