Eevee can now wear Medium Armor (no heavy though, Eevee's too small for that). Leafeon Skill Nerfs but made Grassy Terrain apply damage buff to Grass moves. Fixed Wish to cast if user dies.

Changed Ice debuff to Frostbite from Legends Arceus (DoT and lower magical attack), buffed Weather Ball slightly by adding 50/50 mind/spi scaling on normal spi spells, nerfed Aurora Veil slightly

Fixed Aurora Veil to actually reduce damage taken once by 50% and added Cooldown to it so it can't be spammed.
