Changed it again to make the amount of drums more reasonable. Chest rig should give you 8 10rd mags or 4 20rd drums.

The magazine and drum were set to the wrong Pouch Type, so it was giving more of them than intended.

Default kit and safety selector weren't functioning as planned. Turned out to be a conflict with my test mod. Should all be working now!
