Added Checkpoints for all levels.
In case some recorder displays "not available" you can now simply reset the level and it should work fine again.

Fixed some minor puzzle Skips:
- added a purple barrier in "An ascending problem"
- added a fence in "Tower builder" instead of a purple barrier
- added a purple barrier in "Recall the past"
- added an additional plasma wall in "Nothing and all 3"
- moved the blue laser emitter in "Forerunner"

Adjusted some of the connector heights in the bossfight (it's still a bit broken since the Talos-Update, but at least the connections work again)
