Added "Primal Enchanter" bonus class. This is a port of my EnchanterPlus mod. It can be unlocked by unlocking the Enchanter class and shares all the features of the vanilla Enchanter, but with the buffs from EnchanterPlus.

Also corrected a wonky FX color.
