Added config options for Calamity Soul within Fargo's Souls accessory effect toggler.
Added divine geodes to Calamity Forces and Inferno, Death, and Ocean Essences to Thorium Forces.
Fixed some essences not using hallowed bars

Changed all references to weakReferences meaning you don't need to have Spirit, Calamity, and Thorium all to be enabled to play this mod.

I completely forgot to add the Ki Soul to the Soul Of Eternity, so here's a patch for V0.2

Added support for DBZ mod (Thanks CapsuleR) with a new soul, the Ki Soul!
