All MP costs were being increased by 1 globally and all MP-based cast times were being reduced by 1 globally. Oops! That's been fixed.

A few more things have been moved to WaveLib in preparation for certain occurrences.
DJST/R is being unpaired from WaveLib.
A few redundant formulas were removed for the formulaMod mods (DET, DSitF, HaaW)
