Updated shield for only Calradian troops. Changed weapons since if I give the variations they will have all of them in inventory and not duel wield quivers. Added small axe to spearmen for defense.

Updated the Bowmen from having two weapons to one so they may carry both arrow quivers instead of two axes and one quiver.
